MEMBER/NON-MEMBER/STUDENT RATES
Attention: If during online Registration your rate does not correspond to the status you indicated (Member, Non Member or Student status), please contact secretariat@eccm15.org.
For instance, it could be possible that the scientific Association you belong to (partner of ECCM15) did not indicate the updated Members full list or it is possible that an orthographic error in the database does not let recognize automatically your status of Member or Student. Secretariat can verify and change your status if needed.

INVITATION REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

On-line payment system by bank transfer and credit card payment through PayPal platform are now available.
In case of payment by bank transfer a copy of the payment certification will be requested.

Participants will receive a “registration report” e-mail with complete bank details (IBAN and BIC) to proceed with bank transfer once completed the registration and payment procedure: it is possible to finalize registration and payment by accessing to MY ACCOUNT with your username and password from our website www.eccm15.org.
In case of STUDENT registrations, an official certification of student status (on University-headed paper) is required.
Since credit card payments have not been activated yet Early Bird deadline will be postponed.
IMPORTANT:
Please a CORRECT and VALID VAT code (Value Added Tax) or TAXPAYER code is REQUESTED in order to issue the invoice.
It is your responsibility to indicate valid codes for FISCAL PURPOSE.
Any fiscal inaccuracy due to incorrect information provided will be considered as your responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation before 20 May 2010, 50% of paid fees will be refunded. Cancellations after this date may not be refunded.

Participants who need an official Invitation Letters to attend the ECCM15 Conference in Venice, are invited to send a request to: secretariat@eccm15.org.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Notifications of acceptance on the abstract submitted were sent to all of you on the 29th of February, 2012. If you did not receive information on your abstract please send a request to abstract@eccm15.org.

PAPER SUBMISSION AND TEMPLATE
A template (in word format) for paper preparation is available at the Paper submission page.
The online upload system is now available. The final paper have to be uploaded as an unprotect PDF file, with size lower than 3 MB.
A mandatory conditions for the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings and conference program is the payment of the registration fee by the corresponding author by Early Bird deadline.
For each participant it is only possible to present ONE PAPER (either oral or poster) and to each work presented it has to correspond a fee payment.
It is possible for participants who are not main authors to present a paper if they are recorded as co-authors: when uploading the paper it will be required to indicate the name of the presenter person.

POSTER TEMPLATE
No specific format is required for the poster preparation. Maximum poster size is 100 cm x 80 cm.
It is mandatory to submit (as for oral presentations) the full version of the POSTER presentation by 11th May.
In case you are not interested in including your poster presentation in proceedings (after Early Bird deadline) it is possible to upload a shorter version of 3-4 pages.
The POSTER Area will be located at the 3rd floor of the Palazzo del Casinò (buffet lunch Area).

WITHDRAWAL
In case of impossibility for a candidate to participate to the conference and to present a work, it is possible for another colleague to present this paper: the substitute will have to register as co-author of this work and then to indicate himself/herself as presenter. Please remind that either the corresponding author or the substitute has to pay related conference fee.

PROCEEDINGS
Publication of contributions presented at ECCM15:
ALL the contributions presented at ECCM15, either in oral or poster format, will be included as full papers in the conference proceedings.
A selection of the best papers presented at the conference will be considered for submission to Special Issues of Composite Interfaces and Composites Part B. The selection of the papers to be published in these Special Issues will be made by the Scientific Committee AFTER the conference. Authors will be invited to submit a new, expanded version of their paper, which will be submitted to the usual peer review process of the Journals.

PROVISIONAL SCHEDULE
The schedule expected for the opening and closing day of the conference is as follows
24th June, 16.30-20.00: Conference Registration only, at Palazzo del Casinò, Lido di Venezia
25th June (1st conference day)
08.30-10.00: Registration
10.00-11.30: Opening Ceremony and Plenary Lecture

28th June, Closure Conference at about 18-30 19.00.
Due to the high number of paper that are being submitted, a PROVISIONAL SESSIONS PROGRAM will be available by mid-May. For any special requirement about oral or poster presentation related session for an Author, please submit your request to abstract@eccm15.org.

ACCOMODATION
ECCM15 Secretariat strongly suggests all participants attending the conference to book their room as soon as possible in order to find accommodation at reasonable prices and not too far from the city center and/or the conference venue.
The ECCM15 Secretariat is not providing direct support for accommodation booking, you can refer the Accommodation page for the list of hotels and for other useful links.
